Valve seal size question

What size positive valve seal should I use for LT1 heads?

I have a set of 11/32" x .562" here that I bought for my old 305 heads, but since I've decided to swap in the new motor, I'm not going to bother putting these seals on the old heads. Will these seals work well on the LT1 heads? I've seen people say that the .530" seals require machining of the guide bosses, and the only sizes I saw available at the time were .500", .530", and .562", so I'm assuming these are the correct sizing, no?

OEM is .56" guide O.D. However, OD may not be concentric with I.D. For that reason, it is adviseable to turn the O.D. of the guides to .53" to true then up with the valve stem.
