Vacuum hose from air pump?

Vacuum hose from air pump?
So on my 1994 Z28, I have what looks like a vacuum hose that comes off of the air pump, but I cannot figure out where it is supposed to go. Can anyone help???

No. Most of the engine is still a stock LT1.
