If your vacuum line were broke you should see much higher IAC counts. Scan it and by the way check the wires to be sure they are on the correct plugs and not touching anything. Also be sure all the wires are clipped on the plugs correctly. If you have to, peak under the hood while it's dark and engine running to look for sparks.

Vacuum line from what "tank"? Fuel tank? If so, what year is your car? OBD-II will set a code/SES for leak in the vacuum/canister purge line from the tank. OBD-I will not. You might want to include a basic item like year of your car in the signature.
Or possibly you mean the vacuum line for the reservoir tank on the heat/AC controls???
yup the vacum tank reservoir the one that's under the battery and goes to the check valve.
i got some vacume rubber hose line coming from the auto part's store. thanks
the main reason i was asking this question is because i just finished spark plug wire's an plugs and while i was doing that i accidently tore the line up, now the car idles real ugly like if it want's too turn off.
i think i could of mybe put the wire on the wrong spot on opti, or could that vacum line cause that.

Sounds just like a question I answered yesterday on another board...
Just pull the heater/AC vacuum line off the nipple on the passenger side of the intake manifold, and plug the nipple off. That will tell you if its a vacuum leak or something else.
