Vaccuum Line - drivers side fender, engine bay

My drivers side header burned a hole through (what I believe to be) a vaccuum line on the drivers side of the engine bay. What does this vaccuum line go TO and FROM?

The vaccuum line i am talking about is located inside the wire bundle (covered by 1" plastic wire cover) that runs along the drivers side of the engine bay fromt he firewall to the front of the engine. My headers burned throught the 1" plastic wire cover and the vaccuum line too. What is the purpose of this vaccuum line? Does it need to be replaces. This is a Non-emmissions car

Are you referring to the fuel line bundle? One of them is the EVAP vacuum line. If you have deleted all emissions, you don't need it. BTW, burning through the fuel lines could cause a catastrophic engine fire.

Its not the fuel line bundle. The plastic wire cover is similar minus the "yellow Fuel tags". The bundle I am talking about is fastned down on the inner fender on the engine bay side. It houses electrical wires and what appears to be a vaccum line....

Could it possibly be the cable for the cruise control? As I recall (I deleted mine years ago) it runs along the driver's side inner fender right next to where the header sits.

There is no vacuum line that I know of where you describe. That is why I thought you might have meant the fuel line bundle.

It looks like vaccuum tube but if there is no vaccuum line in that bundle, I wonder what that small hose is? None of the wire were burned, just that hose.

My cruise control doesnt work...hmmm

Sounds like you need to follow it out.

Then, it is not a vacuum line.
