Vac problem? Car doesnt run well after start

This is a problem Id hoped I had fixed when i did a new intake install. Car starts and wants to quit when its cold you have to give it gas to keep it going. when its starts running on its own it wants to die when you turn the steering wheel or hit the brakes.

This problem started when i put a new cam in a long time ago. Its managable once the car gets warmed up it runs great. I did a lot of things to it lately includding new headers, rockers, intake, TB and i removed the A/C and all the AIR/EGR stuff. Car still is doing the same thing. Im wondering what could cause a car to do this? Could it be a bad oil pan seal or something that is the only thing I havent redone? Let me know if anyone has experienced the same type of problem.

Have you checked the coolant temp sensor in the water pump housing? That will affect cold start, if it isn't working correctly.

Have you ever had the engine scanned, for things like MAP, TPS, IAC counts, etc?
