Using stock PCM W/Vic JR Intake??

Can the stock PCM (95' OBD1) be used with a Edlebrock Vic JR (converted for use with a LT1 Heads and EFI). It seems to me like it would be fine to have that intake with the stock TB with an elbow, but what about with an aftermarket TB? Also does anyone know what is the going rate for converting a Vic JR to EFI and LT1 bolt pattern? Also does anyone know if an elbow is avaible to go from carb bolt pattern to an LT1 style throttle body. Thanks

Yes, it just needs some tuning.

Good luck with that elbow, that is the argueably the biggest problem in this conversion. The most common setup seems to be the Wilson 100 degree elbow and a Wilson or Accufab 90mm round throttle body. I know the wilson takes the Ford TPS, and you need an adaptor so you can run an old style IAC (93 LT1 and others). I am not aware of a way to run the newer style IAC.

Not cheap, depending on who you have do the work and how much you do yourself. Expect $1000 in the manifold/machine work/fuel rails/-6AN etc. I have well over $2000 into mine once all is said and done.

No such thing exists yet. The wilson elbow that I mentioned will work, but it needs some machine work if you want a prayer of getting it under a stock hood and the cowl.

Mine is a Super Vic, but most of the cost and parts involved should be similar. I believe there is a manifold out there (Edelbrock) that already has the rail mounts and injector bungs welded in but the Super Vic is a far superior manifold from what I have seen.

Pics of the manifold? Whats the expected gains in HP and the benefits of converting over to the Super Vic or Jr. Vic manifold?

Do a search in advanced tech about this. Lots of good info over there.
