Underdrive Pulley Help

When installing the crank pulley, does the hub stay on , then put on the new pulley, then the stock pulley/balancer?

I appreciate any help.

Re: Underdrive Pulley Help

If its a "sandwich" type pulley, then that's the way it gets installed. You need to keep your stock damper. Check the length of the bolts that hold it all together, to be sure they aren't too long and hitting the Opti.

There are also "integrated" underdrive pulley/dampers that completely replace the stock damper, but that doesn't sound like what you have.
