under dash ignition wire?

under dash ignition wire?
is the yellow wire under the dash the ignition wire. if not on a 94z28 whats the color of the ignition wire.. thanks

If its a big fat wire then I think it is, I just removed an alarm that didnt work from my car an had to reconnect that wire together for the car to start.
