Im getting bmr's sfcs installed. They are already painted white. But after weilding do i need to spray the weild points with anything to prevent rust or can i just leave as is? Im in california so its not like i have to worry about salt. And what would cause the check engine light to come on when coasting down hill with ur foot off the gas? I know thats rather vague but i havnt experienced the problem yet, someone just told me about it.

You'll need a scanner to find out why your check engine light is coming on. We can only speculate...
