Ended up cracking my heads in the bolt holes, got them fixed, the head shop did a mild multi angle valve job and shaved down the heads slightly. I don't really know how much they took off, he said it wasn't much. Is this going to affect anything in the way of my PCM? When I get the car put back together I am eventually going to get a tune, but I was wondering if this is something I should worry about. Thanks for the help.

It'll bump the compression a little bit, nothing to worry about in terms of tuning.
