True duals rattling!!!!!

i've had a set of true duals, dumped before the axle for a while, and I just had them extended, Now ther rattle/Vibrate REALLY BAD when I'm slowing down and at a stop. It's really embarassing, it makes my car sound like a pile!!!

I looked up underneath the car and the duals are touching the torque arm....could that be it???? Anybody have any ideas on how to stop it.

It only rattles when it is in gear, when it is in park it sounds fine.

My guess is that anything touching the exhaust will make it rattle. My experience with exhausts generally speaking is that you need a good 1/2" all around the pipes to avoid any noise...but I don't have true duals, so I'm not certain how the pipes are routed back there...

Do you have good pix of the system from under the car? I'd like to see them...I've always wanted to try true duals, but have never seen them on a 4th gen...I have 1 3/4 shorties to a big Y, gutted cat and a Borla adjustable cat-back (running with no plate)...would change to duals if there was more power to be had...Thanks

Was this how the shop fabbed up your exhaust? Seems like they screwed up and need to fix it. Or did something else happen?

No, the shop did it, b/c i just came home with the dual, There is also a nut missing on the duals, which is what is causing most of the noise, b.c it has nothing to hold it in place obviously.

but i'm still concerned about the duals sitting right up against the torque arm......i'm taking it back to the shop Monday

"KMOOK"...
The system looks good....did you gain anything at the track with the set up? ...and can you get it over the axles? I had turn downs on my Chevelle and it rattled all my window trim screws loose!! It does look like it sounds good...

I never ran before and after with it so i couldnt tell you of specific gaines. I know you can get it over the axle but Its more complicated and more weight too.
Also Video for sound.
