trouble codes 26 and 28 "I need to know how to fix"

Ok guys here goes. I have a 1993 T/A auto. I got the codes 26&28. I have no problem with the car what so ever other than the codes on. The car doesnt run bad at all I'm just tired of the codes being on for the last few days. When I read about what the codes were, 26 ECM detected wrong potential voltage at the #1 quad-driver modual circuit for 20 seconds and 28 the same except driver#3 for 3 seconds. So I replaced the computer and got the same results after 10 minutes of driving so any help would be appresiated

Replacing the computer seems a little extreme. I would have checked fuses first.

I did all the simple checks first like fuses and relays but nothing came up. I also did a search in this forum to check for these codes but not much came up to help me solve the problem. Thanks
