You can find a link to a list of f-body specific trouble codes in my sig.

18 means you need to check your injector wiring and/or injectors, because the PCM detected a fault. Injector resistance should be ~12 ohms. Each injector gets 12v on the pink wire. The other wire gets a ground when the PCM fires it. You can check the individual wiring with a noid light.

i hope its the wiring, but in case it is the injectors, what are the chances that some injector cleaner will work?

No amount of injector cleaner will correct an electrical fault.

i understand that.. but you said it could be the injectors themselves... if it is the injectors themselves, would cleaner work at all? would it be worth the 6 or 7 dollars to buy a bottle

Cleaner is not going to fix an electrical fault in an injector.

The electrical failure in an injector would be a failure of the coil that moves the injector open. That has nothing to do with cleaning the injectors. The PCM can not use DTC 18 to indicate if an injector is plugged or stuck open. It can only look at the voltage on the circuit when the injector is energized or grounded, and use that to determine if there is a fault in the circuit.
