Trans, please help

I need help, at the end of my string here! Just had a rebuild, everything replaced in my 4L60E. When i start it there is a hissing comming from underneath me(the trans) and the car will only go into gear for about 10 secs, then it won't even do anything when i press on the gas. I was test driving it today(just got the tranny back) and yes i did step on it once or twice to see how the shifting was in high gear but i don't think i was too hard on her. Anyways about an hour into driving(was driving to break it in) it started the hissing, then 10 mins later( on my way home) it cut out, wouldn't acellorate. When i shut it off for about 1 min it will start and work enough to get to 30 mph then "disengage" again. Please help me, desperate, i've already pulled it three times and i'm seriously thinking of selling it and i DON'T want to sell my car.
