TPS won't go on Holley TB??

Did a search and I know all about slotting the holes for adjustemnt and checking volts etc...but it's like the sensor won't go on without turning the sensor more than I can bring it back with the slots?

Is there something weird here?

Was thinking of grinding down the shaft some where the TPS mounts because the stock mounting point is much thinner than the Holley, but is this common problem?

My stock TPS sensor fit fine on the Holley 58mm TB. Didn't notice any significant difference in the shaft dimensions. Is the throttle stop screw allowing the blades to close all the way?

TPS sensor fit fine on mine also. Problem I had was that the blades opened too far so the TPS read them as closing again at WOT thus sending it into limp home mode. Had to fab a stop so it would go to only the proper place.

well, I can get it on but I have to turn it the other way from how it come on the stock TB. On the stock TB you turn it a little towards the PCV tube and with the Holley the PCV tube prevents it from being able to be installed that way. I can rotate it opposite direction but I'm not sure that slotting the mounting holes would bring it back enough not to screw up the TPS readings?

I have the idle screw backed out all the way.????
