I did end up taking the car to GM. They had it for 24hrs and they do not no what is going on yet. I spoke to the man doing the work and he said so far he found that the drivers side is running rich and the passanger side is running much leaner. He has tested the injectors and said there fine. He said he has to do more research on it and get back to me; that was at 3pm today and I have not had a call. Ill see what he finds tomarrow.

GM tolled me that the fuel pump is going out. They want $1400 to fix it . I am going to do it myself but I am thinking they are full of sh... Would a bad fuel pump cause one side of the motor to run rich and the other to run lean? I have a filling that I am going to do the fuel pump and the dam car is going to continue to do the same thing.

Not at all. You need to get the PCM scanned to see what's going on for yourself. Never trust the clowning thieves at a dealership when they have your wallet at stake.

Should I ask for some sort of info from them? Like how many amps is the fuel pump pulling?

Make them put a fuel pressure guage on it and start the car w/ the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator. Correct pressure should be at 43.5psi.
Ask them for a hard copy of the readings to prove this rich/lean condition.
In all honesty there may be nothing wrong. I cant' remember if you had the PCM tuned after installing the cam, the PCM can freak out when it has been reset and it may take a week or more of daily driving (so many start cycles) for the PCM to calibrate itself.

Changed out the pump. Did the access door mod; worked out great. I also installed a pump I found on ebay by TRE for $68; picked it up in Costa Mesa. The pump fit right in the stock position with no mods; it did sit a little to the side though. But it did work out and the car runs a lot better now.
