Torque question on a 95'

I have a stock 1995 z28 6spd stick, it's got 32k miles on it and I haven't been able to drive it since I've gotten it because it's waiting to be fixed. Anyway, I was just wondering will it give that pulling feeling that will sink you back into your seat or am I expecting too much? Anyone care to educate me? I'm new here as well.

Re: Torque question on a 95'

When I got my 95 6 speed, it felt good for a little while. Power corrupts though, and even after my 383 and blower made their way into the engine bay I craved more. You'll like it a lot. 4 th gens are great cars to drive.

Re: Torque question on a 95'

Put a set of 4.10 gears in the rear, get some sticky tires, and you will be pushed back in the seat. There are some very basic modifications that will give you a nice HP gain - cold air intake, 3" cat-back exhaust and bypassing the coolant that runs through the throttle body. A PCM tune will pick up 10HP or so, even on a stock engine.
