where can i get the tool for the cap and rotor for optispark. would like to replace cap and rotor but cant get it off, star heads i think.

 

Its an external Torx, E4. You can get the socket from SnapOn and other high end tool sources, and be sure its a "deep" socket. Or..... take a T15 Torx head screw (e.g. - there are 6 of them in the throtttle body cover), wrap the threads in tape to prevent damage, grip the threads with a vise grips and use the head of the screw as a socket = perfect match.

 

For the rotor use a T9, a T8 wil work also. Sears has them in screwdriver handles for a couple of bucks.
