Time to tune up?

My T/A is a 1995 with 33,000 miles.
I added lucas oil treatment at the last
oil change.
The car runs great but does tend to run
a little higher rpm before shifting than I like.
Should I start thinking about a transmission
filter-fluid change? what brand?
Should the radiator be flushed and changed
too?
rear end?

Im thinking at 12 years I should maybe give
it some TLC.

The org. tires are getting hard as plastic..

Maybe some new BFGs in the spring

Regular maintenance is something everyone should do. You certainly are not going to hurt anything. Though, I don't know why anyone uses oil additives. A well maintained engine should never need anything but oil, IMO.

I have heard of LT1s needing rebuilt that
have low miles 50-60,000 and the oil treatment
should give extra protection, (I dont know if its
true but I bought it)!!

What should I focus on next, transmission, rear end,
radiator?
-The coolent looks clean and the car never gets too hot.
-The rear end seems fine, posi works well.
-Transmission worries me, it revs into red line(not sure of rpm)
before shifting from 1st to 2nd. Im always thinking I should
let off of the pedal so it can shift. Maybe its fine, if I had
better tires I may not notice it so much. I get a little
tire spin when it shifts.(I open it up from time to time).

Lucas is BAD BAD stuff.

I am sure LT1s have needed repair at 50-60K miles but neglect or abuse are most likely the cause not routine wear. A lot of guys running well over 100K on modded LT1s, my wagon has 221K on it and has recently been to the east coast and back without a hitch.
