Ticked off
I have been having a hell of a time getting o2 sims to work in my car. I went for inspection and failed because of bank 2 sensor 2. I thought the harness on the car may have been burned, so to check I switched the working sim from bank 1 sensor 2 to the passenger side. Cleared the codes and went for a ride and the code came back for bank 1 sensor 2. Great its the sim, easy fix. I ordered a brand new sim from thunder racing this week and put it in yesterday. I have not driven it becuase on my autotap there is no activity at all. it just moves from 445mv 450mv. This is a brand new sim and $50 more and it did not do a thing. Does anyone have any idea of what i can do? I want to send the PCM back to Ion to just delete the rear o2's, but I have heard that would cause the monitors to read incomplete. I need my monitors to be complete in order to pass inspection. What I dont get is he deleted my A.I.R. and EGR and both those monitors say ready on the autotap

Re: Pissed off
Check the signal at each side and then swap them and check signal again.
If you need a sim, don't get those expensive ones. Just a get a single 2 channel unit from here http://www.o2sim.com/24803.html for $25.00

Re: Pissed off
I will go back to get inspected tomorrow. Right now according to my autotap i only have to monitors not ready, and i have been told that will pass. If that doesnt work I guess the PCM will go back to Ion for one last try before i put manifolds/cats back on it
