Throwing code P1860...help plz
**I tired the Drivetrain section with no luck
**
I just completed swapping out the 4l60e with another 4l60e in my 97. The moment I hooked the battery back up it threw a code. Scanned the car and it shows the code as: DTC P1860 TCC PWM Solenoid Circuit Electrical.
I am at a loss as to what exactly that means or how I go about checking to see what is causing it. More than anything I need to figure it out and get it fixed asap.
When I did the swap the only difference in the trannys was the electrical connector on the tail shaft. My old one was on the passenger side with a small plug, the New tranny had it on the drivers side and its a bigger connection. Since I had the other plug and the wires looked identical, I would assume its safe to splice the connector and plug it in. Not too sure what the sensor is.
Anyone have any input or advice. Help is greatl appreciated.
