Yeah, the first time I did it I was thinking "No F-ing Way this is going to work."

I learned a trick with the cherry picker yesterday. If you notice in my pic, the chain I have is very short. I cam in at an angle just in front of the drivers front wheel and once I got the motor freed of the mounts worked the cherry picker around the nose of the car a bit at a time as I lifted/pulled the motor. Worked like a charm.
