I don't see anyone in the forums that has done this mod or talks much about it.

Are there any performance benefits to these spacer plates?

I am not putting one on my Z. I drive a 2002 Chevy Blazer for work. It has the 4.3 liter "vortec" V-6 in it. Once we get past the mileage warranty issues we are planning on doing some simple performance mods like a CAI, nothing extreme whatsover.

I was wondering if the throttle body plate would make any type of gains?

Also is there a PCM edit program for these motors like LT1 edit.

Probably not a good idea to post non-LT1 topics on LT1 Tech... forces the valid questions off the bottom of the page faster. At least show "NFB:" in the topic so people will know its not even an F-Body post.
