would it be worth it to up grade to and ls1 mass air and fuel injectors? my buddy upgraded his on his ls1 so i get the left behinds

 

you cant put an ls1 style TB on an LT1,
they have diffrent intakes, and I dont think you would benefit much from the injectors, I think they are the same as the lt1 injectors. you can get a ported lt1 throttle body from www.thunderracing.com.

 

Even if you could, on a lightly modded vehicle a throttle body upgrade won't do diddly for you.

 

LS1 injectors are flow rated, and operate at 58psi. LT1 injectors are flow rated and operate at 43.5psi. A 28# Z06 injector flows roughly the same as a 24# LT1 injector if you run it at 43.5psi.

 

im sorry i meant the mass air. As for the injectors you guys are saying that i should just keep the old ones? I thought the ls1 style flowed more efficiantly, ill be taking a look at the thunder racing tb though, thanx for the help

 

Actually he was asking about the MAF. They will fit, it's the same basic meter. I've got one on my car right now. There won't be any gains unless your stock one if Fubar
Fuel injectors are different, no gains.
LS-1 TB can be fit. I'm working on it as we speak
Thunderracing is high priced on lt-1 trottle bodies. You can get one from a board member (I'll not mention any names ) for around $150, no core charge
