I know there is some assembly required for the moser rear. Can anyone detail it for me as in what exactly needs to be done? Does it literally come in pieces?

What Im concered about is the c clips, the bearings, and the sway bar. Is that it?

As far as assembly goes you will have to press the bearings on the axles and slide them into the housing. Also you will have to remove your stock brake caliper bracket from your stock rearend to use with your Moser rearend. In addition you will need to buy some rearend oil and I believe some fasteners. Also you are going to need to buy longer U-bolts to space out the sway bar.

 

Ok cool, one the bearings are pressed on do the axles litteraly slide back in? I dont mean this to be a dumb question but what stops them from just sliding right back out?

The oil, sway brackets, and brake mounts are no problem.

Do you have a problem with the torque arm bolts?
