Which ones are you talking about? The tubes on the headers or the car, and also the tube that is behind the engine block, and plugs into the passenger header, or the ones that are on each side of the engine, and plug into the headers?
Also, what exactly is your problem? I just got done installing mine, and I can probably help, even though mine is a '95.

You need a 1/2 and 3/8ths male to male coupler. Pick 2 up at Lowes or Home Depot. There like 30 cents each. I Emailed Chris at Jet hot to tell people with 96 to 97 fbodies that they need that part to hook up their air tubes. Maybe you bought them before i told him.
93-95 camaros have male ends... 96-97 have female ends.

Yeah, same deal here. I jsut got off the phone with jet-hot and they are not supplying them yet. Thanks a lot jet-hot. There is NO WAY it's 1/2 and 3/8 It's 5/8ths on the top side and looks like a 5/8ths fine thread on the header, unless it's metric. No one around here has anything. Any suggestions?

Good news, I found a fitting. Bad news is that they are $21.27 EACH. Then you throw in a sealing seat at $5.04 each and the total was $52.62. DAMN I just e-mailed jet-hot to see if they would do anything about it.

Secret? What am I keeping a secret. It's a 42*inverted flare on one end and a 45* on the other. Then I had to use that sealing seat so it would line up right.

Just got this from Jet-hot:

Dear Ron,
Jet Hot has recently become aware that people are needing to purchase these fittings. Our installer did not inform us that fittings were needed. We are in the process of trying to obtain the
needed fittings. I apologize for the inconvenience. If you could possibly
fax a copy of that recp. to 1-610-277-5736 and put it to my attention, I would be happy to credit your credit card for that amount. Once I speak with the owner of Jet Hot and get the OK, I will be posting to the other members. My intention is to offer the same option on a reimbursement for the needed parts.
Thanks
Chris

Its a 5/8s male to male coupler...you can get them at Lowes or Home Depot for $1.68 plus tax. You're also going to need a bolt, nut, 2 washers to connect the EGR tube in the back....the hole isn't threaded. Plus the AIR tubes will interfere with the OVC looms. Check out the pics here.

5/8ths to 5/8ths does NOT fit. The AIR tube on the header is a metric thread(fine) and the 5/8ths is a coarse standard thread.

Blown 383, On your passenger side, do you have your AIR tube running between the #1 & #2 primaries or outside of them?

It fits enough to seal... I have no idea what the size is but if you turn the orginal fitting upside down...it screws into the AIR tubes tight.

I'm running the AIR tube on the outside of the primaries...thats the way it was with the stock manifolds. The AIR tube on the passenger side comes off of the #2 exhaust port. Hope that helps.
