What does you car temp run at normal cruising? Mine is at a hair over the 180 mark. Sound right?

mine runs in the 160 to 180 range all the time. It rarely gets past the 1/4 mark.

Mine too runs right above 160 degrees, before its full warmed though it goes up a few times and comes back down after the water cycles through.

Good to know, thanks. I'm also under the impression that with programming for the 160 stat the fans are supposed to come on at 180, which would make them run quite a bit. I just don't want them to burn out or anything.

After my 160 'stat, my car runs too cold. I have to let it sit and idle in the staging lanes before I make a pass for the water temp to get up. It still never goes above 180.

Mine would run up over the halfway point and a little above befor I had my computer reprogammed. Not it never gets over the 1/4 mark.

Between 170 and 175 with the cold weather we have right now, and my fans never come on. I actually wish it would get warmer, atleast 180.

With the 160*, CSI, and Re-programmed fans for 175*&178*, my car barely ever gets above the 1/4 tick mark... I've been running this for about 15K miles so...

but in the colder weather, it's a beast to warm up....

Yep my gauge goes up about 1/8 inch over the 160 mark and thats it. Takes about 15 driving to get that far too!
