Are these on my car?

I was just randomly browsing stuff on the web for my car and came across these:

I've never seen these Secondary Transmission Mounts on my car before. Anyone know what they are and where they go? Doesn't look anything like my transmission mount..

Nothing like that on my 96 or on any of the third gens that I've had. Just the big mount on the cross member.

Not positive, but it seems to me that the 5 speed trans mount was two piece.

And of course all the road racers who have done this to improve their handling don't have a glue, right?????
