Thermostat housing leak

Hi everybody. Putting 95 Z28 away for winter and noticed a small amount of antifreeze leaking out of the thermostat housing. Tightened bolts a small amount but did not want to get carried away. You can see it seep without the engine running. Does anybody know if this would just be a bad o-ring? Thanks in advance for any help.
