is there a LT4 Knock sensor?

cause i have a LT4 knock module that is in the pcm.

What about the block?

also when changing it out will oil or collant fall out of the block>?

No.

There are two different knock sensors for alll LT1 and LT4 engines. OBD-I PCM's need the low impedance one (4,400ohms), OBD-II PCM's need the high impedance (100Kohms). The 96 LT4 engine used the same knock sensor as the 96 LT1.

The knock sensor is threaded into one of the block coolant drain holes.
