is there a fix to low backpressure?????

Emissions people in Oregon plug into dash. When Ed Wright did pcm he diabled some readouts and I failed DEQ. He advised that I reinstall my stocker for passing. I did. I passed.
Since then, I had PCMFORLESS reprogram my PCM. Brian enabled the codes. Last month I sailed through Emissions testing.
On the down side my engine experienced bearing failure the next day and I now have a brand new short block.
Afterall, I did have almost 8 grand on the clock
