Thanks everybody, signing off...
I've sold my Z28. I bought it new in 1997 and sold this spring to another very happy Dane. It's been 8 great years. I ran 100000 miles in it, and besides a water pump and new front rotors every 20000 miles, the car has run like clockwork. Hightlights have been a few days on German freeways with no speed limit, at 6000 rpm in top gear it's approx 165 mph. And the winter morning where there was a great pile up on the freeway and I managed to slide right through at approx 70 mph (story posted a few years ago).
Thanks to everybody that helped me out. 3 years ago I decided to spend some money on it, bought SLP wheels, exhaust, subframe connector etc. I got a lot of good advice from you back then.
I've bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee, mostly to try something different. It's fun going offroad, you should try that. But I've had more technical problems with it in the 8 months I've had it, than with the Camaro in 8 years
But of course I can't live without a car with proper handling. So I bought a 73 DeTomaso Pantera (Ford engine!) that I'll restore this winter.
I might be back when the new Camaro hits Denmark. And I still have my restored 68 SS, I'll never sell that.
Again thanks. I also visit Forums for Jeep, Chrysler Stratus (wife's car), and Baja boat. This Camaro Forum is among the best
