test for stop leak in radiator?

does anyone know where i can get a test done to see if stop leak or a product of that type has been added to antifreeze in the radiator?? I called Blackstone Laboratories and they said they could analyze the oil but not the antifreeze. I just bought a z28 ss and i think i got hosed. i had a test run on the cooling system and it confirmed that there were
co2 gases in the coolant which means head gasket is blown or block is cracked. what gets me is there is not any water in the oil but i am going to have a test run on the oil anyway. i think he used the stop leak to cover up the head gasket leak or a crack in the block and then changed the oil once the product was run through the system.

Probably the best way to take all the guesswork out of it is to do a cylinder leakdown test; that should pinpoint your problem if there is one.

It wouldn't be unsual to find stop-leak in the coolant.... GM recommends that stop-leak pellets, of their own GM brand, be added to the LT1 cooling system whenever the coolant is changed. I've never added it, but you would be hard pressed to prove someone misled you, when adding stop-leak is a factory recommended procedure.
