injuneer how do u reprogram the fans to kick on early to where it doesnt reach 3/4 of the gauge

The fan on/off temperatures are set in tables in the PCM programming. You can alter the temperatures with a mail-order tune, tuning software like LT1_Edit or TunerCat, or a Hypertech Power Programmer.
