TB vs MAF upgrade. What first? Look at this.
Found these flow numbers.

The stock MAF flows less than the stock TB. Seems that upgrading the TB would be worthless unless you get a larger MAF like a Z06 one and interpolate the tables with Tunercat first. Anyone have documented gains after doing this?
How much hp can you make with 670cfm anyway?

Oh great.
It has been stated over and over again that the stock, screened MAF was good to over 500 HP. Clearly a 48mm TB is not good for 500 HP. So here we go again.
Whats it gonna be this time around?

Well it shows the LT1 MAF flowing over 700 CFM w/o the screen which is a lot of flow. A NASCAR runs an 830 CFM carb and makes over 800hp, I doubt many LT1s see that. I think I would spend my money elsewhere when looking for performance upgrades, 700 CFM is a lot of airflow.
