How much HP do you need before you start upgrading you TB to a 52 mm, or even a 58mm? Thanks.

IMO i would say around 375rwhp you need to upgrade the stock TB.

Hey Fellas, I went to a 52mm TB with a trickflow elbow and a Moroso CAI..... man I was really impressed with it. My car is a new element to me... The Intake maniford will handle 52mm but 58mm and you will have to bore it...try the 52mm I think you will be impressed as long as you have a decent CAI... my 2 cents

 

do you have any dyno # or track times see how much you gained?
a butt-o-meter is not a measuring tool in performance parts.

i would think you would see a gain by upgrading your TB
