Taillight issue
Taillight issue
Hey,
So my blinker was "sticking" leading me to believe I had a bulb out. Front one worked fine, so I tested the rears today. Rear driver side is what I came up with. So I changed out both since I had two lying around. Tried it again, same thing. But when I jiggled the taillight assembly around a little, it started to work. Then it'd quit. I hit the hazards, and everything was blinking. But, 3 out of 4 of the rear lights that blink, blink bright. 1 however, isn't nearly as bright as the others, which would lead me to believe why the car thinks I have one out. The rear driver sidemarker is the same way. Dimmer than the pass. side. Any clue why these two are dimmer than the rest? I am somewhat at a loss.

Re: Taillight issue
You either have a bad connection or a bad (in this case 2) bulb. Try changing the 2 dim ones. If that doesn't help, measure the voltage at the socket and compare it to that of another "good" socket. If the voltage is lower, trace it back to the source.
