I have a leak in my right tail light that is in the sealed off area (not the area you take the bulbs out of) is the only way to get it out and cure it to rip it off and reseal it?

 

I had the same problem with mine. You can seperate the brake light by pulling it apart very hard, you'll think your going to break it, but it'll come apart. Then clean all the moisture out a put it back together and put some clear silicone around it. Mine havent leaked since I did this 9 months ago.
