Angry Symtoms of a failing FPR

My car is flooding out and with not start. Fuel system is as follows, 255lph pump, stock FPR, 42lb injectors. I have an electric FP gauge in my dash.
This is all on a 94 TA.

It has been running very rich, ie. black smoke at idle, but idled well. I went outside to move it and it started in flood mode(floored) but was only running on the passengerside of the engine. I know this because the pass side headers were hot and the driver side were cold. There was raw gas dripping out of the driverside header collector through a small leak.

Checked for spark, looks great, bypassed my MSD 6AL and still the same.

My FP on key on is about 38psi and when I am cranking it, it creeps up to almost 60 psi. I don't know if that causing it to flood or what?

My laptop is down for about a week or two so I used my friends Tech 2 to look at all my sensors.
All look good no codes. ECT is working IAT is good to. TPS voltage is within range.

I just can't figure this out, and can't datalog til I get my laptop back.

If the diaphragm fails on the regulator, it can let fuel into the vacuum line to the intake. Check that for the presence or smell of fuel.

Shoebox,

I have no fuel in the vacuum line. I just can't figure this out.

Now in the intake it is pretty much dry, but does smell like fuel, probably because it is flooding.

What else would make this thing dump fuel if all the sensors are reletivly working?
