Switching ASR over to non ASR?

Switching ASR over to non ASR?
I want ASR gone without the loss of ABS. Its cool when its wet out but I could care less if its there or not. I'm getting new valve covers soon and the ASR motor is in the way, plus its less crap in the engine bay. What components besides the throttle and cruise cables are needed to switch to non ASR and retain ABS?
