Swapping the V6 for an LT1??Help Needed

I have a 95 V6 and looking into dropping a 350 in soon. im looking at LT1's but i would prefer to get an LS1 if the engine bay area is the same sizes in the 98-02 as the 93-97. I couldn't remember if they were the same or not. i was just needing an idea of what parts that are on the V6 that could be used along with the 350(ex. will the V6 water pump work on the 350, etc.) I know i sound pretty new at this but yet i am but truly hate it. I got to do it my self to learn it all. But anyone that can help would be appreciated. Thanks,

I know you said you wanted to put an LT1 in your car but have you thought of maybe going with a Grand National motor (3.8 Turbo)??

Basically it is a 3.8L V6 with a turbo that came in Buick T-types and Grand Nationals. MY buddy is currently doing a sway into 96 RS Camaro. If you are interested I will find out more info.
