Suspension to make my car hook up?

I can get some suspension parts really cheap from a guy in my neighborhood. he has everything you can buy for the suspension........... but i dont want to spend that much........ What are the basic components that are the most important?

-I have stock 103,000 mile suspension

Hey Ryan, looking for some traction eh? The most basic parts people run for wheel hop are lower control arms, panhard rod ( usually adjustable, especially if you pan on lowering), and possibly a torque arm. Get lower control arm relocation brackets as well if you plan on lowering it in the future. I dont know how much these parts actually work, but they are supossed to decrease wheel hop, and hopefully increase traction, give me a call and we'll go run soon. Might want to think about new shocks as well, if your stockers have that many miles too.
