Ok I had this problem before and it seemed to be the ignition.. Its not, This started after I had my gears installed about 500 miles later... Anyway, When I get in my car I automatically turn the ASR OFF and sometimes when I mash the gas to the floor in 1st the car suddenly stops and a loud poping sound is heard(not backfire), feels like it hits a wall, the ASR turns on after this happens along with my low trac light and the check guages light comes on i think aswell. If you hold the gas down while this is happening the car jerks as though your full throttle and then not and then full throttle and then not (kinda like the way you mess with ricers).. It makes a HUGE popping noise.. I have a 6spd with 4.10s. I was told the reluctor ring may be bad, I was thinking the ASR pump its self, but that shouldnt cause it to make that loud noise should it? What could this be???? HELP!

TTT.. seems that the car shuts off and turns back on sometimes at full throttle in first gear.. Like mainly when I launch...
