sudden bad vibration. Help??

Ok, my car has been running very smoothly and quietly lately, but today, i pulled in to a food place, and when i started the car again it was shaking pretty violently, and its quite a bit worse when its in gear that when it's in neutral. In the higher rpm range (like over 2000) it runs pretty much like normal although it sounds a bit different. What's going on here? Is it possible that i had a worn out motor mount and it finally broke? If i watch the motor when its idling it vibrates back and fourth very quickly. Should i order some energy suspension bushings (the car has 192K on it so it wouldn't surprise if if they were shot) or does there have to be something else wrong with the motor to make it shake that bad? Thanks.
