I'm getting ready for a rebuild with a cc305 and lightly ported LT4 heads and intake. I'm also going to run a 100 shot on top of it. Right now I'm saving up for forged internals but I'm also looking for a way to strengthen up the mains.

If I can find a vette 4bolt, that's probably the easiest way, although I could have splayed mains put in my current block. However, a stud girdle would be easier/cheaper and probably adequate for the power I will be making. Does anyone know of one that will fit an LT1? I've never heard of anyone running one on an f-body, although I know mustang guys use them all the time.
