subframe connectors/ torque arm???

Wanted to know how much of a difference subframes and a aftermarket torque arm make on traction efforts. Right now I ran a 7.9 on a 100 shot of n2o but didnt have good traction. Have some suspension mods, see sig. 75 shot didnt brake traction on me but the 100 shot seem to. Any help would be great. thanks.

subframe/torque arm

the subframes will help keep your car straight to many launches without them and you will start having problems closing you doors the only thing that connects the front of the car to the back is sheet metal so i would highly recomend the subframe connectors as for the torque arm yes it will help traction one from spohn or random tech that gives you the option of changing your pinion angle will help with traction

All for the Sub Frames, too. Was the first mod on my SS simply to help tighten the frame together so I can avoid any body flex. Body flex leads to the doors not closing (as said above), leaky T-Tops, stress wrinkles in the quarters, and other squeaks or rattles in the body. Not only that, but it does help keep the car straight down the strip, too!

I concur w/ both recommendations. Subframes (weld-ins) were one of my first mods. Recently added a Spohn TA and there is a definite difference. Just don't expect the ride to be smooth, but these mods go along way to getting your power to the ground and not lost in body torque. BTW, I have t-tops too. Don't forget to invest in a good set of tires, either drag radials or D.O.T. slicks. Hope this helps!
