Delteq Lt1 Opti-plus & Opti-direct Ignition System

Here is their website.

Here is the LT1 OPTI-PLUS & OPTI-DIRECT IGNITION SYSTEM:

Anyway, just got an email from a friend on this and thought I would pass it along to all you faithful LT1 owners out there.

Nice to have choices for our motors.

I wish they had pictures of the whole system so you could see it and $800 seems kinda high to me not to mention the coil packs being right underneath the fans in the engine compartment. I don't like the idea of anything electrical like that closer to the road where there's puddles and sh*t.

if you scroll to the bottom of one of the pages, they have a DIY kit (i dunno what that entails) for $350.....that seems like a more viable option, but we have to find out what that includes.

I put a post there too. I only found one when I did a search so I just added the link to that thread. Its on page one right now. Something along the lines of Delteq delayed. Only has one response that being mine.

scroll down to the thread "another opti replacement?".........no worthwhile replies on that one either, though.

i guess this company is pretty new, and no one has really heard much about it here.
