Subframe Connectors Needed?

The way I understand it, subframes keep the frame/body from twisting under stress. With just the mods in my signature, are subframes something I would benefit from?

I noticed that some of my squeeks and rattles went away after the SFC install.

SFCs should be one of the very first mods to these cars. The change is so drastic it is really that suprising. SFCs are very very worthwhile.

Definitly get subframe connectors. Make sure you get the weld on ones and NOT the bolt-in ones. I recommend BMR SFC's.

agreed with above...very worthwhile for ANY car.

BMR pieces are great. i have the boxed, which lose a little clearance but since i have factory GFX it didn't matter. the sfc are not as low as the GFX or even the ypipe.

there really isn't much differece between the double diamond or the standard ones for a street driven car.

sub frame connectors area huge plus!! go for it
they helop with t-top rattles, dash rattels, structural ridgity (sp?)
the camaro is a uni-body car, meaning it is not a solid once piece frame, the sub frame, connects teh frames together, hence the name
I got my from www.bmrfabrications.com
