Stumble at idle when a/c is turned off?

Hey guys when i have my a/c running while im sitting at a light and then i turn my a/c off, the car stumbles pretty bad. It goes away though if i put the car into neutral and then back into drive. My volts also drop pretty low during this and while im making low speed turns in like a parking lot. Any suggestions....battery...alternator .....help

Have the battery load tested, if the batt is good then check voltage at the battery with the car running, should be around 13.8~14.2... If not then its the alternator.. Or it could me the IAC.... Also, check for vacuum leaks...
