The past few days its been popping non stop from the exhaust and i have a stumble/hesitation problem but gets worse after the car has been runnin for more then 5 minutes...I was wondering if the timing is off, cuz i havent had it tuned in the past few years and ive also put bigger fuel injectors in??? any ideas?? thanx alot

Timing shouldn't be off unless you've messed with the timing chain.

Check your plugs and wires first and foremost. It's very common for a wire to burn and cause a stumble and hesitation.

i just recently put all new plugs and wires in ....no problems there...replacing fuel injectors with 4 lbs bigger injectors that would mess up the fuel/air ratio??? i was also wondering since i have a oil leak, and it looks to me the opti has been covered in oil...car still starts though, but stumble every time i step on it. i do have a poppin noise though soo i was wondering if the timing had been off on that??

You're definitely in dire need of a tune if you went from 24 to 28 pound injectors. I bet you're running VERY rich right now.

If the opti got covered in oil, that could be bad. It could be all right though.

If it helps, my car is running super rich right now for some reason. And when I get on it, it stumbles and hesitates.

Get a tune for it and go from there. Both PCMforless.com and madwolf (madz28.com) do great tuning.
